We limit the hours that you can achieve for activities you add yourself. There are a few reasons for this.
- This stops people adding or claiming extra hours that they haven’t actually done
- In order to keep the hours fair and consistent across all kinds of activities, we only recognise the time spent participating in structured learning. We find, for example, that if people spend many hours at a museum or doing an activity, not all of that time is spent engaged with learning and developing new skills.
If you feel this is unfair and does not reflect the time you spent doing an activity, you can ask the activity provider to fill out the short form here: www.childrensuniversity.co.uk/get-involved/learning-providers If they fill out the form online, we’ll do the rest! They will then get a unique stamp code that they can share with you that fully reflects the duration of your participation.
