What is the difference between adding an activity and getting a stamp?

You can add any activity to your Learning Log, but you can only get a Children’s University Stamp if you tell us as much about the activity as possible.

If you want to grow your hours and work towards a certificate, you’ll only be able to do this if you collect Stamps for what you do. There are two ways to get a Children’s University Stamp.

1. You can visit somewhere or take part in an activity that has been listed on our website. If you do this, you’ll be given a Stamp Code that you can submit online. A Stamp Code is a very brief secret code that is unique to every activity. These codes are short and easy to remember or write down, made up of just a colour and a 4-digit number.
2. You can tell us details of any other activity you’ve done by going through the ‘Record an activity’ process on your Dashboard.

You can go back to your Learning Log at any time and tell us more about past activities to build your hours.
